Mirella plays a pivotal role in the success of Team Bruce Baker, MBA by identifying marketing opportunities through community outreach. Originally from the DC/VA area, Mirella and her family relocated to Pace when her husband received orders to NAS Whiting Field. After becoming deeply invested in the local community, Mirella and her family chose to remain in the panhandle following her husband’s retirement from the Navy. She is affiliated with several community organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce and Santa Rosa County Navy League Council. Mirella is also the Program Director for Empowering Women in Business Networking, an Ambassador with the Santa Rosa County Chamber, Graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa, Chair of Leadership Santa Rosa Alumni Association and served as Ombudsman for NAS Whiting Field from 2018-2022. In addition to her community involvement, Mirella excels in building strong relationships with our clients and longtime community partners.
